1) BRONZE MULCH MOWS ( 5-6 services per season )

• Recurring services that mulch mow the leaves in the lawn every 7,10, or 14 days
• Avoids leaf build up
• Avoids dump fees and saves on cost

The estimates we provide are only estimates.
They are in no way a set price or a guaranteed price.
We charge $76 for the 1st man hour per tech
And then $48 for each additional hour
Plus dump fees

Most other companies do not posts their leaf removal prices online because it is a difficult task.
We post our price estimates as a courtesy to our customers so that they canhave a very good idea ofwhat the various services we offer may cost them.

There is no way to know exactly how long it will take to perform a service until the service is completed.
The estimates are usually very accurate.
But like most estimates, there could be overages in cost, but also could cost less.

In the fall it is often wet, and depending on how wet, this will change the service times, as it takes longer toremove wet leaves.
We cannot delay your scheduled service because it rained the day before.
If it is not raining on your service day your service will continue as scheduled.
There will be no automatic delay of your service.

If a customer wants to delay their service in our que after they have paid their deposit, it istheirresponsibility to email or call in this request.
If they do not do so with a 24 - 48 hour advance notice, there will be a $50 fee
to reschedule for this delay in service date.

When crews are scheduled to come in to work, we will not send our staff home becuase a customer request we wait and did not give prior notice.We all rely on orgnaized work and sometimes the conditions will not be ideal. These are some of the challenges of outdoor work in the rainy fall period.

As a courtesy to our clients when there are wet weather overages, we will discount the overages by 25% - 50% and in an effort to arrive at a price solution that is fair for all and much closer to the original estimate.

ADDITIONAL BILL REDUCTIONS OTHER THAN THE STATED POLICIES ALREADY IN PLACE.

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OF ANY KINDS FOR WORK THAT HAS BEGUN OR THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
